Kung-Fu
It refers to any study, learning, or practice that requires patience, energy, and time to complete. In its original meaning, Kung-Fu can refer to any discipline or skill achieved through hard work and practice, not necessarily martial arts.
Based on keen observations of human skeletal and muscular anatomy and physiology, and it employs excellent muscular coordination. The various movements in Kung-Fu, most of which are imitations of the fighting styles of animals, are initiated from one of five basic foot positions. Healthy upright posture and the four stances called dragon, frog, horse riding, and snake. There are hundreds of styles of Kung Fu, and armed as well as unarmed techniques have been developed.
Meditation
Meditation helps Reduces stress. By which Less stress translates to less anxiety.
Some forms of meditation can also lead to improved self-image and a more positive outlook on life and even Enhances Self-Awareness.
Meditation also reduces Age-Related Memory Loss, Generate Kindness, May Help Fight lousy addiction.

Tai-Chi
Taichi is a type of physical exercise in which we make slow, controlled movements to create balance in both the physical and mental systems of our bodies.
Tai-Chi is an art in which that people of almost any age or physical condition can do it if they keep interested in it from their inside.
Tai-Chi helps us to balance our body, maintaining upper and lower body flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, particularly in older adults.
The breathing combined with body movements and hand-eye coordination make us calm and feel good.
Sanda
study and practices of traditional Kung Fu and modern combat fighting techniques. (both defensive and attacking techniques )
it combines full-contact fight, which includes close range and rapid successive punches and kicks, with wrestling, takedowns, throws, sweeps, kick catches.
By the practice of sanda develops basic qualities strength, endurance, flexibility and resistance, develops alertness to identify opportunities to attack and defend,develops decisiveness, quick thinking and tenacity, resulting in a flexible, mature and positive style.
Tui-Shou
Tuishou is a combination of two characters “tui” and “shou”. With “tui” meaning to push forward and “shou” meaning hand, “Tuishou” means pushing hands.The three primary principles of movement cultivated by push hands practice are:
Rooting – Stability of stance, a highly trained sense of balance in the face of force.
Yielding – The ability to flow with incoming force from any angle. The practitioner moves with the attacker’s force fluidly without compromising their balance.
Release of Power – The application of power to an opponent. Even while applying force in push hands, one maintains the principles of Yielding and Rooting at all times.
Gymnastics
Gymnastics is a sport that includes exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, and endurance
The movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest, and abdominal muscle groups.
Alertness, precision, daring, self-confidence, and self-discipline are mental traits that can also be developed through gymnastics.
Yoga
Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India.
Yoga is a great way to work on flexibility and strength. Yoga poses work by stretching muscles.
They can help us move better and feel less stiff or tired. It will help us improve muscle tone.
Yoga also helps body awareness. That helps us notice more quickly if we are slouching or slumping, so we can adjust our posture. Yoga usually involves paying attention to our breath, which can help us relax. By doing yoga, we may feel less stressed and more relaxed.
Wing Chun
Wing Chun is a style of kung fu that emphasizes close quarter combat, quick punches and tight defense to overcome opponents.
This traditional Chinese martial art destabilizes opponents with quick footwork, defense and offense happening simultaneously, and redirecting opponent’s energy to your advantage.
This is a complex kung fu method that requires years of practice to master, but beginners can easily start learning Wing Chun by understanding its principles, theories and basic skills.
Taolu
Taolu refers to the set routine (form) practice component of wushu.
A taolu routine comprises of a continuously connected set of pre-determined techniques choreographed according to certain principles and philosophies to incorporate stylistic principles of attack and defense.
These include hand techniques, leg techniques, jumps, sweeps, stances and footwork, seizing, throwing and wrestling, and balances.
